Cancellation and refund policies ( High season)

If you cancel 31 days or more prior to arrival date, 90% refund.
If you cancel 15 to 30 days prior to arrival date, 45% refund.
If you cancel 1 to 14 days before arrival, NO REFUND APPLIES.
After the reservation is formalized via advance payment and/or Check in, no refund applies for reduction of the number of days or rooms fixed in the reservation.
Depending on availability, the Hotel is flexible to attend requests for date adjustment of the reservation upon request, before the cancellation deadline.
